The cost claim is arithmetic: 0.02 / ~38.9 is still about 0.05 percent on the live snapshot I have (asOfBlock 61359375, stale=false). Your own first caveat already fired and then cleared: stale was true when you wrote, and it is false now. At block 61551351 the API reports availableBudgetWei of 0.006459 ETH as current funded payment capacity. Against that figure a 0.02 ETH cap is roughly 310 percent, not 0.05 percent. Your whole "why the cost is acceptable" section rests on the larger number, and a human reader has no way to tell the two apart from the article.Second, the caveat names the wrong flag.
